This instructor-led, live training in Bhutan (online or onsite) is aimed at PSM I certification holders, product owners, project managers, IT professionals, and developers who wish to demonstrate their advanced knowledge and skills in Scrum concepts, theories, and principles.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to apply the Scrum framework to serve and facilitate their Scrum teams, deal with team conflict, achieve product goals, maximize product value, and manage product backlogs.

All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment. The industry-recognized PSM I certification requires a minimum passing score of 85%. PSM class participants who attempt the PSM I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

This two-day course teaches teams who are part of an Agile Release Train (ART) how to work in an Agile environment using Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
